TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT

As part of the standard equipment of the apartments, we offer you modern technical solutions and elements that ensure comfortable living, low operating costs and a high level of security:

Thermal comfort and low operating costs are ensured by underfloor heating connected to a heat pump.
The apartments will have internal air conditioning units installed in each living room, connected to external central units;
The windows in the apartments will be openable and hinged;
