CITY TOWER APARTMENT HOUSE offers affordable housing in a high-quality design, in an excellent location right next to the city center;
APARTMENT HOUSE is an eight-story multifunctional building with an emphasis on residential use, supplemented by parking and commercial space for shops and services.
There is a range of one- to three-room apartments available in a modern design;
Parking will be located on two underground floors and the first above-ground floor, offering a total of 96 parking spaces. Access from the parking lot to apartments located in the APARTMENT BUILDING or TOWER is provided throughout the interior of the building, i.e., without having to step outside.

The second to fifth floors feature modern one- to three-room apartments ranging in size from 31 m² to 86 m².

Thermal comfort and low operating costs are ensured by underfloor heating connected to a heat pump.
The apartments will have internal air conditioning units installed in each living room, connected to external central units;
The windows in the apartments will be openable and hinged;
In order to maximize your sense of privacy and security, each apartment will be equipped with a security alarm with preparation for SMART solutions as well as a video intercom connected to your mobile phone. The exterior and common areas of the building will be protected by a camera system.

The apartments will be handed over to the new owners in the following standard:

You sign a reservation agreement and pay €5,000.

After obtaining a valid building permit, you will sign a preliminary agreement.

You pay 20% of the purchase price AND the remaining 80% is payable after the project has been approved.
