After the successful completion of the design phase and the subsequent implementation of the demolition that took place during 2004, we officially started the construction of the CITY TOWER project in early March 2025. CITY TOWER is a modern development project that will bring new exceptional housing right in the heart of Košice.
In the initial phase of construction, excavation and preparatory works were carried out to establish the foundation structures of the CITY TOWER Tower and Apartment House, including all necessary professional occupations that are part of the preparatory construction stages.
As part of the preparatory work, the underground power line was successfully relocated at the site of the future Apartment House, as well as a new connection to the city sewerage and water supply, thus creating the conditions for the further smooth progress of construction.
All work is carried out based on a valid building permit, while we emphasize the quality of implementation and adherence to its schedule.
The start of construction moves us a significant step closer to fulfilling our goal – to bring a unique housing to the Košice market in an exceptional location, offering a beautiful view and modern architectural and technical solutions corresponding to the current demands for comfort and quality of housing.
